Job description

Research, Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator | Academic OBGYN Physician Recruitment | Remote

KBIC is expanding our Academic Obstetrics & Gynecology recruiting division and seeking an experienced Research & Sourcing Coordinator to support high-level physician recruitment initiatives nationwide.

You’ll partner directly with a senior recruiter focused exclusively on women’s health physician searches nationwide. This role combines sourcing, research, outreach support, database management, and administrative coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Source physician candidates using Academic program websites, LinkedIn, and recruiting databases

  • Build and maintain highly organized physician pipelines

  • Draft and manage physician outreach campaigns

  • Conduct competitor and market mapping research

  • Support candidate communication and interview coordination

  • Maintain accurate reporting and recruiting records in PCR/ATS systems

  • Quickly pivot between searches and shifting priorities

  • Assist with recruitment operations, scheduling, and administrative coordination
