Project Administrator
Full-Time | Fully Remote
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm UK time (1-hour lunch break)
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a fast-paced construction and operations environment supporting UK-based projects remotely. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic setting.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations Director and Project Managers by ensuring projects stay on track administratively, operationally, and commercially.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support across multiple construction projects
Manage and maintain the project management system, including data entry, reporting, and document tracking
Ensure key project deliverables such as applications, valuations, and documentation are submitted on time by the relevant teams
Prepare monthly internal project review documentation
Compile and distribute weekly external project reports
Draft and issue contract notices and project-related documentation
Coordinate and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
Collate, track, and distribute variation requests, extensions of time, and related project communications between clients and subcontractors
Source subcontractors, materials, fittings, and other project requirements
Coordinate deliveries and proactively manage lead times to avoid delays
Support the Operations Director with broader project and operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Previous exposure to the construction industry, with a good understanding of construction terminology and project environments
A self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Able to confidently chase actions and drive outcomes while maintaining a professional and approachable communication style
Comfortable managing upwards and working closely with senior stakeholders
Technically confident, with experience using digital tools and AI to improve efficiency and workflows
Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams and suppliers
Experience working remotely in a structured and self-sufficient manner
