JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Developer to build and maintain responsive web applications and digital solutions. You’ll work across front-end and back-end technologies, integrate APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products. Experience with AI-generated code, modern frameworks, and performance-focused development is a plus.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications and digital interfaces tailored to business and client requirements.

  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and marketing specialists to translate user and project requirements into technical specifications.

  • Implement front-end and back-end components, ensuring performance, security, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern frameworks and languages.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing websites, applications, and integrations.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational support.

  • Monitor and remediate technical issues in live environments.

  • Maintain version control workflows via Git and participate in code reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with best practices related to accessibility, performance, and security.

  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose improvements to architecture, tools, or processes.



Requirements

Required:

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role in digital product development.

  • Proficiency in core front-end technologies: HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework/library such as React, Vue, or Angular.

  • Solid back-end development skills using Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.

  • Experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services.

  • Familiarity with database design and development (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Competence with version control systems, especially Git.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

 Additional Must-Have Skills:

  • Markdown prompt writing

  • AI voice experience

  • Go High Level experience

  • Capable of editing and refactoring AI-generated code

  • Understanding of:

    • Frontend vs backend separation

    • APIs, webhooks, authentication flows

    • Databases (schema changes and queries)

    • Navigating file structures confidently

    • Reading logs and error messages without panic

 Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • JavaScript / TypeScript proficiency

  • Basic DevOps awareness (environment variables, deployments)

  • Familiarity with Git or version control best practices

  • Experience taking MVPs to production
