Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale a

next-generation AI-driven marketplace and data platform. This role will be instrumental in developing

both the front-end user experience and the back-end infrastructure that powers our proprietary Market

Pilot system, which integrates eCommerce, advertising technology, influencer analytics, and real-time

data processing.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with strong architectural instincts, capable of working across

the entire technology stack to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Tasks required:

• Designing and developing scalable web applications for the marketplace and Market Pilot platform

• Building dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks

• Developing secure and efficient back-end services and APIs

• Integrating AI and machine learning models into production systems

• Managing database architecture, including both relational and non-relational systems

• Implementing real-time data pipelines for analytics, advertising optimization, and personalization

• Collaborating on system architecture, infrastructure, and cloud deployment strategies

• Ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices

• Optimizing application performance, scalability, and security

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3-7+ years of full stack development experience

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Vue

• Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks

• Strong knowledge ofRESTful API design and microservices architecture

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

• Experience with version control systems such as Git

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building eCommerce or marketplace platforms

• Experience with advertising technology (AdTech), bidding systems, or recommendation engines

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI integration

• Experience with real-time systems (Kafka, WebSockets, streaming architectures)

• Knowledge of payment gateways and financial transaction systems

• Experience with scalable system design for high-growth platforms

• Familiarity with data analytics, attribution models, or customer segmentation
