  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales transformation or business process professional within international organizations, in global sales and pre-sales
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into system requirements and manage senior stakeholders; strong knowledge of end-to-end sales processes, change management, and user enablement; experience driving improvements across regions and supporting both operational activities and longer-term transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C) and fluency in English and German (C1)

Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Lead change management activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring documentation and quality assurance;
  • Operational Excellence: Support countries in adopting the global sales template and ensure alignment with global standards;
  • Training & Enablement: Develop process models, training materials, and deliver workshops to enable key users;
  • Roadmap Contribution: Prepare business cases for the Global Sales Transformation roadmap and assist in project capacity planning (e.g., via Meisterplan);
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and bridge process gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales transformation or business process professional within international organizations, in global sales and pre‑sales;
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into system requirements and manage senior stakeholders;
  • Experience driving improvements across regions and supporting both operational activities and longer‑term transformation initiatives;
  • Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes, change management, and user enablement is essential; hand-on experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C is preferred);
  • Full professional proficiency (C1 level) in both English and German;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional experts and global process owners to align local needs with global strategic standards.
