Roles & Responsibilities

Indiana licensure in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – required
Must hold an Indiana license and be available to fill in during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm)
Experience providing therapy to seniors (65+) with depression/anxiety
Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and compliant documentation timelines

Requirements:

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatric physician, RN Director, medical office coordinator) to provide services to the senior population
Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with the team
Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within the designated time-frame
Deliver group therapy as the main focus, with individual sessions and family therapy as needed; perform other duties as assigned

Description

Salary up to $50/ hour

Title: PRN Therapist

Location: Remote- Must have an Indiana license

Must be able to fill in during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9a-5p)

We provide our PRN staff with a 401k- vested day one

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population
Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team
Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated time-frame
Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:
Individual sessions
Family therapy (as needed)
Other duties as assigned
