Requirements:

  • Deliver a professional mental health support service within wellbeing and therapeutic programmes, ensuring evidence-based, person-centred practice
  • Provide the agreed level of 1:1 therapeutic support to referred service users
  • Incorporate computerised CBT (cCBT) interventions to support wellbeing, low mood, anxiety and other common mental health conditions
  • Contribute to achieving Making Space aims and objectives while maintaining safeguarding and professional standards

Overview:

We have an opportunity available for a Part Time Psychological Wellbeing Support Worker to join the team within our Psychological Wellbeing Service.

 

This role will be home based providing support to a number of our services.

Salary: Β£17,347.20 per annum

Hours: 24 per week

Responsibilities:

To assist in the delivery of Making Space aims and objectives to deliver a professional service by providing Mental Health support to those engaging in wellbeing and therapeutic programmes.  

 

To provide the agreed level of support to appropriate service users who are referred for therapeutic 1:1 support sessions, whilst ensuring that the support provided is of the highest professional, evidence based and person centred standards. A component of this support will be computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) based on wellbeing and managing low mood, anxiety and other common mental health conditions which people who have the capacity and motivation to engage.

Qualifications:
