Role Description
Copilot Experience and Agent Architecture
Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment, extension, and agent solution development in Copilot Studio, including first-party, declarative, and custom engine agents
Guide SHI customers through hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments, including tenant readiness assessments, data and AI readiness, license assignments, use case identification, and governance
Lead end-to-end Copilot deployments, including prerequisite validation, service enablement, and rollout planning across Microsoft 365 Admin Center and related services
Design and implement security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview (labels, DLP, eDiscovery), Microsoft Defender (threat visibility), and Microsoft Entra (identity, conditional access, least privilege)
Assess and reduce data exposure risks by analyzing Microsoft Graph signals, SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, sensitivity labels, and external sharing configurations
Design and implement end-to-end agent solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, aligning workflows, automation, and extensibility to business needs
Establish enterprise agent governance, including environment strategy (DEV/UAT/PROD), managed environments, ALM/pipelines, connector governance, solution packaging, auditing, and lifecycle management
Configure Power Platform environments, including:
DLP policies
Managed environments and environment groups
Environment rules and governance controls
Power Platform pipelines for ALM, including approval flows
Copilot Studio Kit installation and configuration
Define agent architectures that balance out-of-the-box Copilot capabilities with custom logic, integrations, and automation patterns
Implement secure, governed environments across identity, data access, compliance, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Advise on best practices for Copilot adoption, governance, auditing, agent design, evaluation, observability, and operational readiness
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned to enterprise standards
Develop and maintain technical assets, including reference architectures, design patterns, solution templates, and implementation guides
Support customers in implementing Agent 365 to monitor, govern, and secure agent ecosystems
Guide customers in exploring and adopting frontier capabilities, including Copilot Cowork and pre-built Microsoft agents

Skill Level Requirements
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, including first-party agent capabilities
Experience designing or implementing declarative and embedded agents using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, YAML)
Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management using Microsoft Entra, Purview, Defender, and related services
Demonstrated ability to act as a technical advisor and SME, guiding solution design and implementation
Knowledge or interest in applied AI concepts such as prompt design, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
Familiarity with design-led or human-centered solution approaches
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft Copilot, agent, and AI platform evolution
Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience):
Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900)
Power Platform Solutions Architect (PL-600)
Microsoft Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100)
Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience delivering solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies
Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership stakeholders
Strong ethical standards and adherence to data privacy, governance, compliance, and security policies
Commitment to continuous learning across Microsoft Copilot, AI workloads, and adoption best practices
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $207,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
