Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business or a related field
  • 18 months to 2 years of experience in hospital account management, key account management, or specialty pharmaceutical sales (Respiratory experience preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills with experience collaborating with medical affairs, access and procurement teams
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical account actions; proficient with CRM systems and digital engagement tools; able to travel regularly with a valid driver's license

Specialist Account Manager – Biologics

VIC east & Tasmania

As the Specialist Account Manager - Biologics, you will manage and grow strategic accounts across Victoria East and Tasmania, driving uptake of an innovative biologic treatment for patients living with severe asthma. You will build trusted relationships with Respiratory Physicians and other key stakeholders to help improve access to the right patients at the right time.

You will work closely with Commercial, Medical and Access colleagues to deliver tailored account plans that support better outcomes for severe asthma patients. Responsibilities
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities:

  • Own your territory with disciplined execution—turning smart account plans, strong customer calls, accurate CRM and fast follow-up into consistent results
  • Build high-value customer partnerships by leading with insight, credibility, and commercial focus—not transactional selling
  • Take full ownership of performance by thinking strategically, acting proactively, and delivering on both outcomes and behaviours
  • Work cross-functionally to unlock opportunities, partnering with marketing, medical, market access and sales capability
  • Bring energy, resilience and a growth mindset to a high-performance culture built on preparation, pace, and continuous improvement
  • Lead with integrity, by upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethics to protect patients, performance, and reputation


We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelors degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business or a related field
  • 18 months to two years of experience in hospital account management, key account management or specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience in Respiratory (ideal)
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience collaborating with medical affairs, access and procurement teams
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical account actions
  • Clear and confident communication skills for clinical and commercial audiences
  • Proven ability to create and deliver account plans and manage territory activities
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital engagement tools
  • Ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s licence
