  • Deep knowledge of the company’s products, scientific support, competition, market dynamics, marketing plans, promotional strategies, and sales processes
  • Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, institutions, opinion leaders, and regional medical associations, with a commitment to ethics
  • Experience organizing medical education activities and promotional events and managing promotional materials and samples in compliance with corporate plans
  • Ability to manage territory and resources, leverage technology, conduct competitive intelligence, and collaborate with the sales team to drive demand

Requirements:

  • Visit healthcare professionals to select, classify, and maintain the medical panel according to company strategy, targeting, and business potential; establish and maintain relationships with professionals, institutions, opinion leaders, and regional medical associations
  • Implement marketing strategies and tactics with doctors and medical entities (health centers, maternal plans, pharmacy blitz, institutional campaigns, and educational talks) while ensuring ethical conduct and proper handling of promotional materials and samples
  • Organize and manage medical education activities and promotional events (meetings, symposia, webinars, webcasts, conferences, speaker tours, discussions with associations) and monitor competitor activity, including tracking nutritional products in institutions
  • Administer territory and resources (vehicle, materials, devices, and tech tools) to maximize productivity; deliver timely work and medical visit reports, coordinating with management to review performance at least twice per year, and collaborate with the sales team to expand product availability

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Visita Médica: Seleccionar, clasificar, y mantener  el panel médico de acuerdo a la estrategia de la compañía, targeting sugerido y potencial del negocio.  Implementar las estrategias y tácticas de mercadeo con médicos, profesionales de la salud y entidades médicas  (ej: Centros de salud, planes maternos, blitz de farmacias, tomas institucionales y charlas educativas con grupos del área de la salud  etc. )  Conocimiento permanente de los productos de la compañía como su soporte científico, competencia, mercado, estrategias de marketing , planes promocionales y procesos de venta. Establecer y mantener excelentes relaciones con los profesionales de la salud, instituciones, líderes de opinión, asociaciones médicas regionales etc

Manejar estrictamente el material promocional, muestras etc de acuerdo al plan estratégico de las líneas a su cargo, manteniendo los principios de ética y conducta.

Organizar adecuada y oportunamente actividades de educación médica  y otras actividades  promocionales, tales como  reuniones médicas , simposios, webinars, webcast, congresos, speaker tour, conversatorios, actividades con asociaciones, etc.
 

Incluir y/o hacer seguimiento a los productos nutricionales  en las instituciones que visitan como también conocer profundamente que está haciendo la competencia.
 

Presentar  y analizar oportunamente las actividades de la competencia. Elaborar y entregar oportunamente los informes de trabajo, visita médica y hacer en conjunto con el GD un buen PEx al menos dos veces por año .

 Administrar adecuadamente su territorio,  los recursos tecnológicos y físicos (Automóvil, maletines, Ipaq, material de congresos, videobeams, computador, oficina virtual etc) asignados para incrementar la productividad y eficiencia en el cargo.
 

Trabajar en equipo con el equipo de ventas para generar demanda y ampliar la disponibilidad de los productos de ANI
