JOB DESCRIPTION:

Objetivos del cargo:

Planear, dirigir y ejecutar la estrategia del negocio en el distrito asignado, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, financieros y operativos, así como el desarrollo del talento humano y el fortalecimiento de la presencia de la compañía en el territorio.

Responsabilidades principales

•            Liderar y gestionar integralmente las operaciones del distrito.

•            Definir, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los planes estratégicos y tácticos alineados con los objetivos corporativos.

•            Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de desempeño (ventas, participación de mercado, rentabilidad, cobertura, productividad).

•            Liderar, desarrollar y evaluar al equipo de trabajo

•            Garantizar la correcta implementación de políticas, procesos y estándares corporativos.

•            Analizar el mercado, competencia y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.

•            Gestionar el presupuesto del distrito y optimizar el uso de los recursos.

•            Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, aliados estratégicos y stakeholders locales.

•            Presentar reportes de resultados y proyecciones a la gerencia regional o dirección.

•            Velar por el cumplimiento de normas legales, éticas y de cumplimiento (compliance).
