  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals, deliver actionable insights, and identify opportunities for new AI integrations and process improvements.

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

As the company continues expanding its use of AI technologies, they are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to help optimize reporting, automate workflows, and streamline business operations.

Role Overview

The AI Automation Specialist will design, implement, and manage AI-powered automation and reporting workflows across finance, real estate, and retail-related operations. This role focuses on site analysis, workflow automation, reporting optimization, and integrating AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Site Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sites using AI-driven platforms such as Placer AI and CoStar to gather market and location insights.

  • Utilize Claude Chat and Claude Skills to interpret data and generate actionable business reports.

  • Use Figma to create visually organized and stakeholder-ready reports and presentations.

Automation & Workflow Development

  • Build and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive business processes.

  • Support automation initiatives across finance, real estate, and retail operations.

  • Monitor automation performance and continuously improve workflow reliability and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational and reporting requirements.

  • Ensure automation workflows align with business goals and measurable outcomes.

  • Support stakeholders by delivering clear reporting and actionable insights.

Innovation & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to expand AI integrations into new operational workflows.

  • Research emerging AI tools and technologies to improve business processes and scalability.

  • Recommend workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or related technical roles.

  • Experience building and managing AI-powered automation systems and workflows.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Placer AI, CoStar, Claude, and Figma.

  • Background in finance, real estate, retail, or operational analytics is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience designing workflow automations and AI-enabled reporting systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.
