  • Optimize content and website structure for AI-powered search platforms and emerging technologies, leveraging AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and search visibility, and produce performance reporting using GA, GSC, SEMrush, and Ahrefs

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

 

Our client is a growing business focused on strengthening its digital presence across both traditional and AI-driven search platforms. As the company continues expanding its online visibility efforts, they are looking for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through SEO strategy, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and AI search optimization initiatives.

Role Overview

The SEO Specialist will develop and execute SEO strategies focused on improving visibility, organic traffic, and search performance across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. This role combines technical SEO, content optimization, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and performance reporting to support measurable digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall search visibility.

  • Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure following SEO best practices.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements to enhance discoverability and user experience.

  • Support SEO initiatives across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

A/B Testing & Optimization

  • Run A/B tests on website elements including titles, descriptions, CTAs, and landing pages.

  • Analyze testing results to improve engagement, conversions, and overall site performance.

  • Continuously refine SEO and content strategies based on performance insights.

Competitive Analysis & Market Research

  • Conduct competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and content gaps.

  • Analyze competitor keywords, positioning, and SEO strategies to inform optimization efforts.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s organic search presence.

AI Search Optimization

  • Optimize content and website structure for AI-powered search platforms and emerging search technologies.

  • Leverage AI tools to support keyword research, content optimization, and search visibility improvements.

  • Support initiatives focused on GEO / AEO and LLM search optimization.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

  • Monitor KPIs, traffic performance, rankings, and conversion metrics.

  • Provide actionable reporting and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving rankings and driving organic traffic.

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with A/B testing, competitive analysis, and SEO performance reporting.

  • Exposure to AI search optimization and emerging search technologies is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical optimization.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven search platforms and content optimization for LLMs and voice search.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture for SEO improvements.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
