User Acquisition Manager (Native Ads - Taboola / Outbrain)

We serve customers primarily in North America, Asia, and Japan, generating millions of monthly user visits through performance marketing across all major channels. Headquartered in Cyprus, MCR operates globally with a focus on innovation and continuous growth.

We’re already successfully running and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and X (Twitter). Now, we’re expanding into Native Advertising and looking for a strong User Acquisition Manager to build and scale this channel for our B2C digital product.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing fundamentals, knows how to scale native traffic profitably, and is excited to experiment, optimize, and own results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain
  • Drive performance against our core KPIs: Spend and CPA
  • Test creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audiences
  • Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the creative and analytics teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain. Other native advertising platforms is a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of native traffic mechanics (Publisher-level optimization, Widget performance, CPC / CPM bidding models, Creative fatigue management, Content-driven funnels)
  • Proven experience in performance marketing for B2C products (Digital products / subscription products / apps / online services)
  • Confirmed track record of managing budgets of $20,000+ per month
  • English: B1 or higher
  • Ability to work in fast paced start-up environment with weekly syncs with CEO and Product Owner
