Start Time: 9 AM - 5 PM

Team Global Express is looking for a driven and detail-focused Freight Solutions / PUD Support to join our team.

About the Role
You’ll play a critical role in locating and resolving freight issues, ensuring deliveries reach customers quickly and efficiently.
From investigating missing freight to coordinating re-deliveries, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our network moving.
Allocating pickups to Country Agents mainly & (Road & Priority PUD) Metro Melbourne occasionally
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Track and locate freight across depot operations
  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues (damages, missing items, incorrect addresses)
  • Allocating pickups to Country Agents mainly (Road & Priority PUD) & Metro Melbourne occasionally
  • Manage and update cases in Salesforce
  • Work closely with drivers, depots, and customer service teams
  • Ensure fast resolution within 24-hour KPI timeframes
  • Identify root causes and suggest process improvements
