Requirements:

  • Own and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Native and CTV platforms; plan, launch, and optimize to align with performance goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily; adjust bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, placements and targeting to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker Studio and Google Analytics; translate data into clear, actionable insights and prepare optimization summaries and strategic recommendations
  • Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability; ensure alignment with marketing and revenue goals
