Requirements:

  • Manage 5–15+ active real estate transactions from accepted offers through closing, maintaining checklists, timelines, milestones, and closing documents; coordinate with escrow, title, lenders, and inspectors
  • MLS Listing Management: create/update listings, syndicate to Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, and other platforms; ensure listing accuracy and MLS compliance; support marketing materials
  • Compliance and Documentation: maintain contract, disclosures, amendments, addenda, and signatures; ensure audit-ready files; manage DocuSign workflows
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: provide proactive updates to buyers, sellers, agents, brokers; coordinate inspections, appraisals, showings, closings; respond promptly to inquiries; prepare transaction and operational reports
