  • Prospect and develop business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, research, cold calling, and industry events; own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers; gather accurate field dimensions and consult to evaluate workspace needs.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records in Salesforce and act as the liaison between customers and internal design teams to deliver solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites and industry events as required to advance opportunities in the Great Plains region.

The Role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the Great Plains region (ND, SD, NE, KS, WI, MN, IA, and MA)

You will be responsible for:

  • Hunting and developing new business

  • Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close

  • Working across multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles

  • Partnering closely with design and internal teams to deliver the right solution

  • This is a high‑ownership role for someone who wants to build something real in a territory — not just “cover” it.
