Roles & Responsibilities

5-8 years of event project management experience within an event agency
Significant experience managing events for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients and strong knowledge of industry regulations and protocols
Proficiency with delegate management tools, particularly with Cvent
Fluency in spoken and written English and German

Requirements:

Manage all aspects of multiple, large event projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics and project content
Cooperate with all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client's operational standards, tools and processes

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

Manage all aspects of multiple, large event projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics and project content
Cooperate with all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools and processes
Be the main point of contact for our clients and drive effective stakeholder management across all internal and external partners
Monitor timelines and event budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Operate confidently under pressure, managing last‑minute changes while maintaining full compliance

Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

At least 5-8 years of event project management experience within an event agency
Significant experience managing events for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients and strong knowledge of industry regulations and protocols
Ability to be highly resilient, keep calm under pressure, and comfortable operating in environments with complex processes and strict deadlines
Proficiency with delegate management tools, particularly with Cvent
Fluency in spoken and written English and German (No scrambled Eier at egg, bitte.)

Nice to haves

Fluency in other languages (in addition to English)
Proficiency using AI technology to enhance productivity and creative thinking

Compensation

We aim to ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness across all our hiring decisions. The salary range for this position is between € 35.000 and € 50.000, based on our internal salary framework and external market benchmarks. Final compensation will depend on your experience, the level and scope of the role, and your specific location.
