Role Overview
The Senior Specialist β Talent Acquisition will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across the US/Canada region, with a strong focus on New Age Technologies, Product, and Engineering hiring. This individual will act as a key talent advisor to the business, source exceptional candidates, ensure a superior hiring experience, and contribute to strategic TA projects that support the companyβs rapid growth.
This role requires someone who is proactive, data-driven, and highly skilled at stakeholder engagement while ensuring strong operational delivery.
Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment
Execute full-cycle in US IT skills recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles
Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery
Conduct screening, behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and values
Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
Apply advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, social hiring, referrals, events, and passive talent mapping
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and future skill demands in the US/Canada market
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria
Provide market insights around talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
Ensure clear and consistent communication on hiring progress
Candidate Experience & Branding
Deliver a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and digital hiring campaigns ( Wherever required).
Process Excellence & Compliance
Maintain accurate records in ATS and TA dashboards
Ensure hiring compliance with local labor laws
Contribute to continuous process improvements and TA best practices
Qualifications:
8+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment skills with proven ability to recruit, screen and hire top-tier engineering talent
Proficient on Job Boards and have strong experience on modern sourcing techniques (e.g. using AI, social media recruiting, Video Screenings and Boolean search)
Working knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms. Darwin Box is a plus
Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing vendors and demands
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationship with team members and candidates
Cross regional hiring experience for geographies like India or the EU locations is good to have.
