The Communications & Engagement Coordinator supports stakeholder engagement, communications coordination, and operational support activities for healthcare transformation, public health, and government modernization initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholder communications, supporting governance and meeting activities, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with development of executive-ready materials and stakeholder-facing deliverables.
Working closely with program leadership, operational teams, analysts, and stakeholders, the Communications & Engagement Coordinator helps ensure consistency, organization, and alignment across communications, reporting materials, and project coordination activities.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting executive communications, coordinating across teams, and translating complex operational or technical information into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
This role may support Rural Health Transformation Programs (RHTP) and other state-led healthcare transformation initiatives focused on improving healthcare access, quality, delivery system performance, care coordination, and population health outcomes.
