The Healthcare Data Analyst supports analytics, dashboard development, performance monitoring, and operational reporting activities for healthcare transformation, public health, and government modernization initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making through development of dashboards, visualizations, recurring reports, and reporting processes aligned with program objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Working closely with program leadership, evaluation teams, analysts, and stakeholders, the Healthcare Data Analyst helps ensure that reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational and evaluation priorities.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way for technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with healthcare or operational datasets and supporting fast-paced reporting and analytics activities.
This role may support Rural Health Transformation Programs (RHTP) and other state-led healthcare transformation initiatives focused on improving healthcare access, quality, delivery system performance, care coordination, and population health outcomes.
