Relationship-driven - You build strong connections with candidates and hiring managers.
Adaptable - You can shift easily between roles, clients, and priorities.

Reliable - You follow through, communicate clearly, and represent clients with professionalism at every touchpoint.

You’re motivated by the opportunity to partner with mission-driven organizations and growing companies—and take pride in connecting them with the people who will help them succeed.

  • Conducting compensation analyses and making recommendations

  • Managing job postings and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles

  • Reviewing applications and conducting initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit

  • Designing and coordinating interview processes, including developing interview guides and scheduling interviews

  • Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience

  • Supporting offers, including compensation negotiations

  • Facilitating background checks and reference checks
