Senior Director, Clinical Supply Agreement (CSA) Contract Management, Alliance Management is a strategic leader responsible for driving the execution of Clinical Supply collaborations to support BeOne’s expanding Combination Studies involving external industry partners. This role oversees end-to-end contract management from initiation through execution, ensuring operational feasibility, compliance, and alignment with company strategy, priorities, and resource planning.
The individual will ensure clarity, contractual obligation adherence, and operational excellence while driving collaboration across Alliance Management, Business Development, Legal, IP, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between BeOne and external partners, driving negotiations and alignment with internal stakeholders to execute on select clinical supply agreements.
Lead CSA contracting management with Legal, Clinical Supply, IP, and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are clear, compliant, and operationally feasible. Drive and negotiate contract amendments as needed.
Support improvements and updates to standardized contract templates to increase efficiency and operational excellence.
Engage with cross-functional leads—including Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, and Global Drug Supply Chain—to allocate resources to support contract review and execution.
Establish clear, standardized processes for contract initiation, negotiation, and execution.
Partner with CSA Alliance Managers for support CSA contract implementation.
Support periodic program reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement, increase efficiency, and maximize value creation across the organization.
Take on additional responsibilities in managing CSAs or other alliances.
Essential Functions
Coordinate cross-functional input, consolidating feedback from key functions including Legal, IP, Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, and Supply Chain to ensure executable agreements – ensure alignment with company’s quality and compliance standards
Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, leading negotiations, and ensuring timely execution, and implementation of agreements.
Implement and maintain standardized CSA processes, including version control, approval routing, documentation, and audit readiness.
Drive operational readiness by partnering with CSA Alliance Managers for smooth transitions to study teams and effective kick-offs.
Lead execution of CSAs, prioritize workload, and perform ad hoc tasks as need.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CA-AM (Certificate Achievement—Alliance Management) certification is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication in English. Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Proven ability to manage priorities across global teams, time zones, and cultures.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience in project management, alliance management, contracting/negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, operational execution, and deep understanding of clinical and drug development in biotech/pharma.
Master’s Degree or above with 8+ years of relevant experience.
PhD or advanced degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
