  • Current ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications; at least one CIS certification with ability to obtain a second CIS certification within six months.

Requirements:

  • Work with business process consultants and team members to understand business requirements and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables, workflows, and ServiceNow configurations.
  • Collaborate with QA teams for testing and issue remediation in an agile environment.
  • Travel up to 30% for client engagements and team collaboration; work independently and with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Job Description Summary
The ServiceNow Senior Developer will work with Huron Digital and industry practice resources. Under limited direction, this individual is responsible to work closely with business process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements, and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.


Flexible living locations across the U.S and Canada with travel required for client engagements and team collaboration up to 30%.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or other relevant field of study  

  • 5+ years in a ServiceNow technical delivery capacity; preferably with an Elite-level ServiceNow partner (not in an internal role) 

  • 3+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules including NowAssist and AI Agents

  • Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC

  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED

  • Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) REQUIRED

  • At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification REQUIRED; with the ability to get a second CIS certification within the first six months of employment

  • Working knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI 

  • Knowledge of virtual agent 

  • Knowledge / Certification / experience with Performance Analytics  

  • Progressive growth through experience as a developer 

  • JavaScript, node.js, Angular, and DOM knowledge / experience 

  • Knowledge / experience with NowCreate / ServiceNow Best Practices 

  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables and workflows. 

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment and solving complex problems. 

  • Experience collaborating closely with QA teams for testing and issue remediation. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams across multiple geographies and time zones. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities. 

The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
