Marketing Assistant (Brazil)

In a Nutshell //

The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with and support various departments, clients, and vendors in a wide range of job tasks and duties.  This role will have a wide range of duties that will involve everything from working in client databases to improving workflows to administrative office functions to running company team building and cultural events.


Compensation //

$4,550.00 - $5,915.00 BRL monthly


What you will do //

  • Review placement tracking and pick up report (Amazon Music, Apple Music, Brisa, Claro Música, Deezer, Spotify, YouTube Music)
  • Manage day-to-day interactions on social media platforms, including community management, DM responses, stories, and feed updates
  • Request weekly posts from the Creative Design Team.
  • Manage, update, and maintain playlists and their covers (Symphonic and Disstopia)
  • Schedule and post captions and artwork on social media platforms as needed
  • Assist in translating institutional content from English to Portuguese
  • Record and edit video content for our social media
  • Attend events with the Marketing team to create new content
  • Help organize and support on-site events
  • Keep the office organized and handle maintenance requests with the WeWork team
  • Keep the Studio organized and handle maintenance requests for content creation in our spots


What you need to have //

  • 1 year of professional office experience
  • Working knowledge of Canva and CapCut (or other editing software)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • High School Diploma
  • Be bilingual in English and Portuguese; ability to read, write, and speak in English and Portuguese fluently

What will set you apart //

  • Working knowledge of databases (Airtable)
  • Working knowledge of online music streaming services (Amazon Music, Apple Music, Deezer, Spotify, YouTube, and others)
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • This position reports directly to the Corporate Marketing Specialist
  • This role will also get direction from the Marketing & DSP Relations Specialist
