The Role
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Northwest Sales Team (Co, UT, WA, and W. CA markets). The successful candidate will drive sales of our products into new and existing accounts. In this role you will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Field Sales Engineers and Field Application Engineers. You will be integrally involved with building a great relationship with our third-party distributors with a large focus on collaboration and goal achievement. You will work closely with our Business Units to drive wins and roadmap changes to make your team successful. In addition, you will also be directly responsible for a few key accounts.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage contact with accounts, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
- Contribute to the culture, values, and success of the company by establishing solid relationships with direct reports, other members of the company’s sales team, distributors and customers.
- Exemplify high standards in communications, conduct and the execution of business.
- Manage the expansion and retention of named accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
- Manage strategy development
- Manage program coordination
- Oversee contract negotiations
- Maintain sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Drive team performance by counseling and coaching employees; planning, monitoring, and evaluating results.
- Act as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical concerns
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- A technology related bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductor product sales
- Proven ability to interact, influence and build relationships
- Experience promoting and consulting across an organization
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills
- Strong track record of building credibility with executives & managers
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Able to travel
- Familiarity with a CRM software, Salesforce preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience directly leading teams
- Strong knowledge of the territory and customers
- Experience on finding and hiring talented sales professionals

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $138,250 - $256,750 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
