Data Analyst Licensed Practical Nurse Part Time Days

Baptist Health is looking for a Data Analyst, LPN to join our team!

*This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN*

Job Summary:

Collects data and assists Quality Coordinator, Patient Safety Officer, and Director of Quality, Risk Management in measuring outcomes while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local and licensing regulations.

Responsibilities:

Performs data abstraction of quality/patient safety indicators to maintain quality/patient safety standards and encourage performance improvement activities for CMS measures.

Collaborates with the Quality Coordinator, Patient Safety Officer, and Director of Quality, Risk Management to identify and refer quality/patient safety issues.

Abstracts medical records of assigned patient populations in an accurate and timely manner that meets both internal and external guidelines and regulations.

Enters and exports data to internal and external databases and registries, ensuring accurate submission and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

• Active Kentucky LPN License.

• Three years' experience in medical-surgical nursing/utilization review preferred.

• Experience with Epic, CMS Reporting, and Data Abstraction strongly preferred.

• Previous experience in perinatal care strongly preferred.
