  • Provide strategic guidance on Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Business Process configuration; support business development activities including pre-sales solutioning, client presentations, and proposal development, as well as change management and integration troubleshooting

The expected pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.



As a Managing Consultant in Workday HCM, you will lead the delivery of comprehensive HCM solutions across Core HCM, Compensation, and Business Processes. This role requires strong functional expertise across the Workday HCM suite, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective configurations.

You will manage client relationships, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure successful implementations that drive operational efficiency and business alignment. In addition to delivering high-quality solutions, you will coach and develop junior consultants, contribute to best practices, and support clients through change management and system adoption. Your leadership, strategic insight, and deep understanding of Workday HCM will enable clients to fully leverage their technology investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support business development efforts, including pre-sales solutioning, client presentations, and proposal development.
