About LTS

At LTS, we believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare — and technology is how we get there. Our TestandGo kiosk program brings convenient health services directly into communities, making testing and care more accessible for everyone. As a Courier, you’ll be a key part of that mission: keeping our kiosks stocked, our equipment working properly, and our program running smoothly.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Courier to support our TestandGo healthcare kiosk program in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you’ll complete supply restocks, complete maintenance and troubleshooting of kiosks across your assigned region, and serve as an on-the-ground resource to keep things running smoothly. You’ll use your personal vehicle and cell phone, and you’ll have flexibility to work your assigned area while meeting scheduled deadlines. This position offers mileage reimbursement and a Courier Bonus Compensation. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing their job well and loves being out in the field rather than behind a desk, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan your route to meet all delivery deadlines while complying with transportation laws
  • Safely package, transport, and deliver items to internal and external clients on time, every time
  • Restock kiosks with correct supplies and quantities when assigned
  • Maintain an accurate up-to-date inventory of supplies kept on hand for auditing purposes
  • Perform basic kiosk function checks and relay status updates to your superior
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform basic kiosk maintenance and troubleshooting using all tools provided, including screwdriver-based repairs, power/cord swapping, product reconfigurations, and resolving minor operational issues in the field.
  • Submit required work reports and keep leadership informed of any real-time issues affecting service
  • Coordinate supply pickups and drop-offs as program needs evolve
  • Follow all LTS safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling specimens
  •
  • Pitch in on other duties as the team needs — we’re all in this together

Position Requirements

Active, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (background check required)

  • Reliable personal vehicle and mobile phone for use on the job
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills; comfortable with email (Outlook) and spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Strong time management and attention to detail — you’re someone people can count on
  • Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule Monday–Saturday, no Holidays or Sundays
  • Ability to accept shipments of supplies and equipment v
  • Willingness to drive up to a two-hour radius from your assigned area as needed
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have:

  • Prior courier, delivery, or customer service experience

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors for extended periods
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and sit for extended periods as needed
  • Able to lift and carry 15–20 lbs. unassisted and reach in all directions
  • Adequate vision (or corrective vision) for depth perception and color recognition
  • Able to perform both gross and fine motor tasks
  • May be exposed to infectious materials and inclement weather — we’ll make sure you’re prepared

Why Join LTS

  • Courier Bonus Compensation and mileage reimbursement — eligible from day one
  • Be part of a mission-driven team making healthcare more accessible in your community
  • Flexible scheduling that works around your life
  • Meaningful, independent work out in the field

LTS shares salary ranges to promote transparency. Compensation ranges are provided for informational purposes, and final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and role requirements.

LTS is committed to offering eligible employees comprehensive benefits that will provide them with options intended to meet their needs and the needs of their family.
