The opportunity:
The Application Specialist (1st Line) provides operational, application and quality control support to customers all across the South region of Italy (including Sicily). The role includes supporting customers in this region through user training, troubleshooting, system installations and quality-related activities.
The Application Specialist ensures that Sakura solutions are used correctly and according to procedures. The specialist works independently on non-complex projects, including activities within the North of Italy, in line with Sakura’s way of working. For some projects, a structured and well-considered approach may be required.
