Job Summary

The Business Support Team Member is responsible for supporting users of the company's Business Systems by handling support requests, troubleshooting system-related issues, and providing user training. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to Business Systems user support requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide support and guidance to users regarding Business Systems and related processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on Business Systems usage and procedures.
  • Liaise directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on reported issues to ensure proper resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Assist in testing and implementing system enhancements when required.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, BBA (IT), or related field.
