Job Summary

 

The Manager, Corporate BP&A, plays a key role in delivering consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, and performance insights to support the Executive Management Team, ensuring accurate and timely visibility into business performance. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to partnering across functions. This role reports to the Director, Corporate BP&A.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L and cash flow.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations for senior leadership, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations.
  • Analyze financial results versus plan, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, including company-wide consolidation.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and maintain financial models to support liquidity and capital allocation decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure accurate, aligned reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure strong internal controls and data integrity across financial reporting.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience preparing content for executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar consolidation/reporting systems).
