We’ve built our reputation on taking childcare growth seriously, and this isn’t a passive data-tracking role. You will completely own the overarching vision, lead high-level client conversations, and turn visionary marketing concepts into high-performing campaigns. • Own the Strategy: Architect and champion comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to unique childcare client goals.
• Lead Client Conversations: Command client meetings with confidence, guiding their strategic direction and helping them make critical growth decisions.
• Drive Campaign Excellence: Define exactly what success looks like, establish precise KPIs, and manage optimization budgets to maximize ROI.
• Mentor and Execute: Collaborate closely with our talented internal team of coordinators and designers to turn practical, visionary ideas into market reality.
• Pioneer Innovation: Keep your finger on the pulse of the childcare and marketing industries, bringing fresh, curious thinking to every account brainstorming session.

• Retention & Trust: Maintaining elite client satisfaction scores and establishing yourself as an indispensable partner to our center directors.
• Strategic Value: Delivering deeply insightful, quarterly strategic roadmap updates to clients instead of just presenting basic data reports.
• Growth Metrics: Consistently improving campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, Conversion Rates) quarter-over-quarter through calculated, data-backed pivots using GA4.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Expertise: Deep background leading and owning multi-channel marketing strategies for multiple clients simultaneously (agency environment preferred).
• Financial Acumen: Comfort managing, allocating, and optimizing campaign budgets based on fluctuating performance and concrete ROI.
• Analytical Mastery: Exceptional skill in interpreting web analytics tools to turn complex data points into actionable client stories.
• Communication Powerhouse: Flawless written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to navigate fast-paced agency environments with ease.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with Google Suite and modern marketing software ecosystems.
