Requirements:

  • Serve as the Mobile Surgery Key Account Manager (MoS KAM) and primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers, identifying, developing, and closing MoS opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms
  • Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translate them into clear objectives and measurable targets, analyze the competitive landscape, and develop and refine account/territory strategies to drive sales performance; document territory install base and engage all assigned accounts, including competitive breakthrough accounts
  • Drive the sales process by identifying compelling customer events, engaging key stakeholders, building internal champions, executing C-Arm demonstrations, and escalating opportunities as needed to advance deals
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external and internal stakeholders; collaborate cross-functionally with Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers, IGT-D, CV Ultrasound, EDI Cardiology, Out of Hospital Business Development, Precision Diagnosis, Connected Care Patient Monitoring teams, and Account Executives, Services, and Solutions teams to drive integrated account success

Job Description

As the Mobile Surgery Key Account Manager (MoS KAM), you will be the primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers both inside and outside of the hospital. Primarily responsible for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services; identify, develop, and close MoS opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms.

Your role:

  • Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into clear objectives and measurable targets ehile leveraging deep knowledge of the competitive landscape (business models, product features, service offerings, and positioning) to develop and continuously refine account and territory strategies that drive sales performance.
  • Document and analyze the territory install base for represented solutions,develop and execute a comprehensive plan to engage all assigned accounts, including competitive “breakthrough” accounts, while defining segment strategies and assessing overall market potential.
  • Drive the sales process by identifying compelling customer events, engaging key stakeholders, building internal champions, executing C-Arm demonstrations, and escalating opportunities as needed to advance deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions by understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers, Interventional Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D), Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CV Ultrasound), Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics in Cardiology (EDI Cardiology), and Out of Hospital Business Development teams. Partner closely with Precision Diagnosis (CT, MRI, DXR) and Connected Care Patient Monitoring teams, as well as Account Executives, Specialists, Services, and Solutions teams to drive integrated account success.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and/ or equivalent experience.
  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of hospital-based sales experience, including direct engagement within the OR. Capital equipment sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Your skills include demonstrated solution selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role. Up to 80% travel.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target Earning potential is $179,000 to $215,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.  Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Tampa, Orlando, Miami, or Ft. Lauderdale .
