Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science (Zootecnia), Agronomy or Biology
  • Experience in animal health, preferably with a technical-commercial focus in poultry
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment; analytical and results-driven

Requirements:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key poultry customers as a strategic partner to the business; act as the technical reference in animal health for the commercial segment
  • Build and implement technical-commercial strategies to maximize portfolio value with clients and identify technical and commercial needs, proposing customized and sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, technical services and other internal stakeholders; actively participate in technical events, congresses, client meetings and institutional initiatives
  • Support product launches, positioning strategies and demand generation; contribute to account plans, targets and performance indicators; ensure execution excellence with discipline and compliance

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar e desenvolver o relacionamento com clientes-chave de postura comercial, atuando como parceiro estratégico do negócio.

  • Construir e implementar estratégias técnico-comerciais para maximizar o valor do portfólio da companhia junto aos clientes.

  • Ser referência técnica em saúde animal para postura comercial, apoiando decisões estratégicas e operacionais dos clientes.

  • Identificar necessidades técnicas e comerciais dos clientes, propondo soluções personalizadas e sustentáveis.

  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com as áreas comercial, marketing, serviços técnicos e demais stakeholders internos.

  • Participar ativamente de eventos técnicos, congressos, reuniões com clientes e iniciativas institucionais.

  • Apoiar lançamentos de produtos, estratégias de posicionamento e geração de demanda.

  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de planos de contas, metas e indicadores de performance.

  • Garantir excelência na execução, com alto nível de organização, disciplina e acompanhamento de resultados.

  • Atuar com forte senso de autorresponsabilidade, ética e compliance.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Medicina Veterinária, Zootecnia, Agronomia ou Biologia.

  • Experiência prévia em saúde animal, preferencialmente com atuação técnico-comercial em postura comercial.

  • Conhecimento do portfólio de saúde animal; experiência prévia com produtos da nossa empresa será um diferencial.

  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes (até 70% do tempo).

  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, influência e construção de relacionamentos de longo prazo.

  • Habilidade para trabalhar em ambiente colaborativo e multidisciplinar.

  • Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados.

  • Inglês intermediário.
