Workday HCM Lead Consultant

Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside within Malaysia)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Salaried)
Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in Malaysia without current or future sponsorship

We are looking for a Workday HCM Lead Consultant with 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet client business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design effective Workday HCM solutions.
  
• Configure, test, and support deployment of Workday modules.
  
• Provide functional expertise in modules such as Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other complex HCM solutions.
  
• Participate in end-to-end deployment or AMS support activities.
  
• Lead client discussions and provide consultative guidance.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases, best practices, and industry trends.
  
• Support global HR operations with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience.
  
• Experience in AMS or Implementation projects.
  
• Active Workday certification required.
  
• Hands-on experience in at least two or more modules.
  
• Experience in deployment processes.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, listening, and client-facing skills.
  
• Good understanding of Global HR operations.
  
• Pre-sales experience is nice to have.
  
• Project management experience is nice to have.
