Job Summary:
Responsible for completing administrative and operational duties that align with department and organizational strategic goals. Completes job duties in a consistent, accurate and timely manner, leading to consistent organization-wide human resources (HR) processes and policies. Effectively utilizes human capital management system and all relevant technology solutions to perform functions effectively.
Job Duties:
- Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned operational responsibilities.
- Maintains knowledge of policies, procedures and applicable regulations, including relevant knowledge of all HR Operations functions.
- Provides backup coverage to human resources peers as required.
- Shares knowledge among team members; develops communications, summaries, email templates and presentations to educate various audiences.
- Ensures accuracy of data in human capital management system and all relevant technology solutions.
- Reviews and reacts to operational audit reports, as applicable.
- Responds to inquiries and requests when transferred from the Employee Contact Center, providing timely and excellent customer service.
- Develops and regularly maintains process documentation detailing workflows.
- Maintains understanding of business processes applicable to job responsibilities.
- Problem solves and troubleshoots to provide creative solutions.
- Proactively seeks out solutions and process improvements to gain efficiencies and enhance the employee, contingent worker, candidate and manager experiences.
- Collaborates with all areas of HR, as well as appropriate teams outside of HR, to ensure positive experiences.

Position Details:
This position requires occasional on-site work at on of our PA office locations. Candidates must be within driving distance as on-site presence will be needed to completed I-9 verifications and other tasks as required.
