Be the key to excellent customer service in our Portuguese country! Join our team as a Spanish and Portuguese-speaking Customer Agent and create memorable customer experiences. Bem-vindo to a role where positive interactions begin with a Portuguese 'Olá!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • You are the interface between Limehome and the guest as the first point of contact for any inquiries along all channels.

  • You have a watchful eye and open ear when it comes to feedback from the guest and can find creative solutions for problems.

  • You give our guests a great Limehome experience by responding to their individual needs, providing all relevant information and leaving your personal touch when interacting with them.

  • You identify pain points & potential for improvement in day to day business and proactively propose solutions.

  • You stay in close contact with our Guest Relations Managers to present an optimal solution for each guest no matter the situation.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.

  • You communicate fluently in Spain, Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus.

  • You have a passion for customer service and stay calm even in stressful situations.

  • You fully support the concept and vision of Limehome and work zealously to achieve our goals.

  • You don't mind working during the weekend or at night.

  • Previous experiences in the hotel industry, a call centre or a start-up environment is a plus.
