- Design of InP technology flows for modulators and detectors chips
- Scientific fabrication support of cleanroom staff
- Development of new fabrication processes
- Correlation of device performance with fabrication parameters
What you contribute
- Completed B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in microsystem technology or comparable
- Knowledge in the field of semiconductor technology
- Experience in semiconductor design and optics/photonics is an advantage
- Good spoken and written German is mandatory

The position is initially limited to 2 years. An extension is explicitly desired.
The weekly working time is 39 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
