Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Service Cloud
Strong expertise in Apex, platform events, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, security model, RESTful APIs and declarative tools
Frontend and backend web engineering skills (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and experience with performance tuning
ServiceMax experience preferred; Agile SDLC experience with Jira or similar ALM tools; excellent communication and collaboration

Requirements:

Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Apex, triggers, platform events, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and RESTful APIs
Ensure best practices, performance tuning, and secure, scalable architecture
Collaborate in an Agile environment (SDLC) using Jira or similar ALM tools; participate in design, development, testing, and deployment activities
Build and maintain frontend components using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS; integrate with backend services

Job description

This is a remote position.

Service Cloud Sr Developer- Contract

• 5+yr of Salesforce Experience

• Salesforce Service Cloud developer with strong experience with apex, platform events, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, security model, RESTful APIs, and declarative tools.

• Must be well versed with apex best practices and application performance tuning.

• Should have experience with front end languages and backend tools for web engineering such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.

• ServiceMax experience will be preferred

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills required

• Must have worked in agile projects and have used Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC
