  • Design and implement large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service teams
  • Develop and configure Salesforce features with hands-on development using Apex, Triggers, Flows and LWC
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)

  • 8 plus years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, including hands-on configuration and development. 3 plus years of experience in a leadership or senior role managing Salesforce teams and projects. Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service teams. Experience with integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.). Good knowledge about and should have used version controlling tool GitHub Apex Advanced Apex, Triggers, Flows Data loader.
