6+ years of experience in QA/testing, preferably with Salesforce Vlocity Omnistudio
Experience configuring Vlocity and Omnistudio applications; Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge (DocGen Foundation concepts)
Proficiency in manual, functional, regression, UI, and mobile testing; experience with User Acceptance Testing and test case management
Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments with Jira
Requirements:
Follow Agile methodology with sprint planning, daily standups, scrum meetings, retrospectives, grooming, and peer reviews
Understand business processes and configure Vlocity and Omnistudio applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions
Perform independent test execution in QA across functional, UI, mobile, and bulk data testing for all user stories; document results

- Following agile methodology with Sprint planning & attending Daily Standup, Scrum meeting, Retrospective meeting, Grooming session, Peer review meeting etc.
-This role involves understanding business processes, configuring Vlocity and Omnistudio applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
-Experience in Banking industry, Vlocity Omnistudio.

- Understanding requirements from user stories & designing test cases for the current sprint.
- Estimate requirements for all user stories in Jira.
- Responsible for performing test execution independently with functional testing, UI testing, mobile testing, bulk data testing in QA environment for all user stories as per the requirement.
- Perform test execution independently in QA environment.
- Communication with client regarding daily status & progress of the project.
- Communication with BA for requirement gap for any user stories or documents.
- Helping other team members in the execution of test cases.
