Job description

Virtual Internship Program

Adilstone Group  |  Remote, Worldwide  |  College Students

Program Overview

This program is built for students who want more than a line on their resume. You'll work inside a real international recruitment agency, support live business operations, and develop skills you can actually use after graduation.

The internship runs a minimum of three months at 10 to 15 hours per week, fully remote. You choose a track based on where you want to grow: Business Development or Marketing. Either way, you'll work alongside senior staff on real work, not busy work.

The internship is unpaid, but we support college credit documentation fully. Stipends and performance incentives may be available.

Focus: Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

You'll contribute to the agency's digital presence across social media, email, and content channels. You'll track analytics, research competitor trends, and participate in campaign planning. The goal is expanding reach and generating qualified leads for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support execution of the agency's marketing strategy to expand online presence
  • Create content for social media, newsletters, and blog posts
  • Track analytics to measure performance: website visits, lead conversions, job applications
  • Research competitor marketing trends and make recommendations
  • Participate in brainstorming campaigns to attract candidates and new clients

What you'll learn:

  • Hands-on use of digital marketing tools and content creation
  • Brand positioning and lead generation in a B2B services context
