  • Proven experience in a trades-related business (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, General Contracting, etc) is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with industry-specific CRM software (Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc.) and social media management tools
  • Proven ability to multitask and reprioritize schedules on the fly when emergencies or delays happen in the field
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be able to communicate clearly to customers regarding the provided services

  • Act as the internal expert for our CRM (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro), ensuring all customer data is accurate
  • Post weekly updates, 'before and after' photos, and team highlights to our social media channels to drive engagement

Job description

VirtueStaff is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Home Services and Trades Specialist for our clients. This role is the "air traffic control" for our daily operation, managing the bridge between our field technicians and our valued customers. You will handle everything from precision dispatching and project tracking to maintaining our digital presence. Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily schedule for field crews, optimizing routes to reduce drive time and maximize efficiency
  • Handle incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and web, ensuring every lead is captured and scheduled
  • Conduct post-job follow-ups to ensure quality control, request reviews, and upsell maintenance agreements
  • Assist in moving jobs from "Estimate" to "In Progress" to "Completed," ensuring all permits, materials, and photos are documented
  • Coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries and handle basic accounts receivable (sending invoices and processing payments)
  • Maintain a clean and organized digital filing system for all client contracts and job records
  • Act as the internal expert for our CRM (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro), ensuring all customer data is accurate.
  • Post weekly updates, "before and after" photos, and team highlights to our social media channels to drive engagement
  • Manage automated email or SMS sequences to keep our brand top-of-mind for past clients

  • A "figure-it-out" attitude, you don't wait for permission to solve a scheduling conflict or a customer complaint
