We are currently seeking a highly organized and creative Creative Virtual Assistant (VA) to support video editing, social media management, and client support tasks. This position is remote and open to candidates located in the US. If you are a tech-savvy multitasker with a flair for creativity and excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and client deliverables
  • Design graphics and edit photos for marketing campaigns and social posts
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms
  • Handle B2B and B2C client follow-up communications
  • Manage email and written correspondence with clients and partners
  • Follow internal SOPs and suggest improvements when gaps are identified
  • Proactively identify issues and resolve them before escalating

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing (social media style)
  • Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience managing or posting on social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with marketing agencies or contractors/construction industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or client communication platforms
  • Experience with drone footage or field site content
