POSITION DESCRIPTION
HGL is currently seeking an Environmental Construction Quality Control (QC) Specialist III to provide on-site support for our nationwide environmental construction projects contracted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. These projects typically consist of investigating and remediating sites using heavy equipment and remedial technologies to address soil, sediment, and groundwater contamination. This position requires approximately 70% travel to project sites across the United States.

Work Schedule: This position is primarily field oriented and will range from 8-12 hours daily. HGL remediation projects typically occur 5 to 6 days per week. Projects are long duration and HGL attempts to maintain rotations for work life balance approximately every 4 weeks for a duration of 1 week off. This rotation is a target and not guaranteed.
Office Type: Project site, field work. Office work is minimal.
Travel: A minimum of 70% of each month is onsite.
A favorable pre-hire drug test and physical are required.
All positions are subject to a pre-hire education and driving record verification.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,895.00 - $125,843.00. This position's final salary can be impacted by various factors including, but not limited to, contractual requirements, geographic location, job-related education, training, experience, and skills.
