Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. We’re looking for a Receiver to join our Receiving team to receive, separate, and open mail daily. You’ll report to the Receiving Manager / Receiving Supervisor and work from our Boca Raton, FL office.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 7:30am-4:00pm (OT may be required)

What You’ll Do:

  • Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.

  • Match, count, and check items.

  • Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.

  • Enter item information into the database and print stickers containing order details.

  • Work with the Customer Service department to resolve pending issues with open orders.

  • Work with the Problem Orders department to resolve problems and expedite completion of customers’ orders.

  • Work with the Sales department for orders that have special deals and/or pricing.

  • Work with other cross-functional teams on special projects and/or deals.

  • You have good hand-eye coordination and are comfortable with physical labor.

Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of sitting, walking and/or standing

  • Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, squatting, and regular hand use

  • Regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds

  • Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or more with employee help and/or proper equipment

Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $16.50/Hr. compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
