Job description

Acxiom is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles. This individual will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, attracting top-tier talent, managing candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent acquisition professional with strong ATS expertise (preferably Workday), excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to source high-quality candidates through multiple recruiting tools and platforms.

This is a US based contract position.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning goals

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and additional sourcing tools

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skill alignment, cultural fit, and overall qualifications

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Utilize ATS systems to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, reporting, and compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring reports

  • Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices

  • Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent intelligence

  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant recruiting work experience

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions and levels

  • Strong experience sourcing candidates through advanced recruiting tools and strategies

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred experience with Workday Recruiting

  • Demonstrated success in candidate generation, pipeline management, and requisition fulfillment

  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & time management

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience recruiting within technology, marketing, data, or enterprise environments

  • Experience working in contract or high-volume recruiting settings

  • Experience using AI in recruiting lifecycle

  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and KPI tracking

  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent market insights
