We are now looking for a confident, self-motivated and result-oriented person for the position of Sales Specialist for Health and Medical in Kaunas region.
A Sales Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of contractual agreements, as well as identifying and pursuing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, resolve customer issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and addressing customer needs, developing account plans, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth through successful account management.
Main focus areas of the Sales Specialist role are to:
You have minimum 2-3 years sales experience in Health care and/ or Pharma;
