Job description

Essity’s business unit Health and Medical is selling incontinence products under brand TENA, and Medical products under brands like Jobst, Leuko, Actimove as an example. We are now looking for a confident, self-motivated and result-oriented person for the position of Sales Specialist for Health and Medical in Kaunas region.

About the role

A Sales Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of contractual agreements, as well as identifying and pursuing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, resolve customer issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and addressing customer needs, developing account plans, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth through successful account management.

What will you do

Main focus areas of the Sales Specialist role are to:

  • Development of relationships to institutional and pharmacy customers;
  • Grow business in defined distributors / accounts / own sales district, to reach financial targets;
  • Promoting the usage of incontinence care and medical products;
  • Implementing educational and training activities towards institutional and pharmacy staff;
  • Developing the sales by supporting other members in the team.

Who are you

You have minimum 2-3 years sales experience in Health care and/ or Pharma;

  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong personal skills (organized, Initiative, flexible and analytical);
  • Fluent English language skills are required;
  • Driving license.
  • Preferably knowledge of business in medical institutional customers;
  • Education in the health care and / or commercial is an advantage
